A maze has more misleading turns than useful ones.
You can rise above the narrative you now question.
Turn around and find your way out.

What else would help me to know about TurnaroundNR.org?

We practice the Golden Rule (every culture has a version of this) in the spirit of generosity. We encourage personal responsibility as a path to a better life and available to all. We aim to be givers and not takers. We’re glad to share our experiences and address your curiosity.

What’s in it for me?

If you have come to realize that you are part of something larger, you might want to learn more. As you grow in your life you may recognize that you have the ability to make a positive contribution to those around you. Your life becomes more satisfying as you see the beneficial ripple effects for yourself, your family and your community.

As you turn around and add your unique value, you have effortlessly begun to develop an infrastructure of mutual support in these uncertain times.

Immerse yourself. Notice the ripple in those around you.

How can I learn more?

When a person can step back for even just a moment, and start becoming involved in the needs of their friends and family on a deeper level… it can be very fulfilling. It starts us on a different path, where we may even find greater value and purpose within ourselves.

What would happen if we were to discover that good deeds didn’t just happen without the choices of good people, acting through faith, love and hope.

Visit our Learn More page if you haven’t already seen it, or feel free to contact us on the Contact page.

Are you a religious organization?

No. And yes. We are not exclusive to those who are non-religious. We do, however, aim to live by the golden rule. We want to be responsible for ourselves and our families first, and then take care of the needs of our network of like-minded folks. And then, our charity might extend beyond our local connections.

We see the evidence through most cultures in the world that we should feed the hungry, heal the sick, comfort the afflicted, and clothe the naked. Some would say shelter the homeless and visit those in prison.

Why build a social network?

In uncertain times, when government’s social welfare system fails, and it must fail eventually (remember Rome), your new network must (in order to survive) develop a Plan B social welfare system.

Eventually, through your volunteers, your network could provide the needed infrastructure*. Think of today’s Amish who insist on remaining separate.

*Jobs, food, healthcare, energy, banking, justice, education and to travel.

Why can’t we just rely on government welfare?

The simple answer is because (we believe) it is our responsibility to encourage one another towards self-reliance in a way that strengthens. Civil government, on the other hand, tends to make people dependent. In times of crisis and difficulty, however, the Golden Rule compels us to help.

Why is this information important to me?
What problem do you solve?
Why should I pay attention?
Why are you resisting government? What are the consequences of evading government?
What happens if I don’t take your red pill?
Why would anyone take a red pill? If reality is harsher, how does it help me?
My family refuses to take a red pill. What should I do?
You encourage charity. Are you a 501(c)(3) corporation?
